The work of four-lane concrete road from Karavali Circle (Kankanady) to Mahaveer (Pumpwell) Circle has been completed. Initiatives have been taken quickly to complete pending streetlight and interlock works at a cost of Rs 40 lakh, said MLC Ivan D’Souza. Authorities have allocated Rs 40 lakh to finalise streetlights and pavement work on the newly concreted Karavali Circle to Pumpwell road, paving the way for the route to become two-way.
