Most people support a proposed Certificate of Entitlement (COE) fee-and-rebate, or "feebate", system that could see buyers of more expensive cars pay more, while mass-market car buyers get rebates. That's according to public feedback gathered by the Land Transport Authority. Transport Minister Jeffrey Siow said the government is also studying rebates for COE renewals as well as a transport grant for larger families.
