A bench of Justices MM Sundresh and Prasanna B Varale referred to a November 3 report documenting the sale of different varieties of crackers, including products with questionable QR codes. The Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed concern over the open sale of conventional and unauthorised firecrackers in Delhi markets, despite restrictions imposed by the court a day earlier.
