Stephenson Harwood has expanded its Asian footprint by acquiring DLA Piper’s Bangkok office. As part of the move to open its 12th office, Stephenson Harwood will take on DLA Piper’s Bangkok team of more than 40 lawyers, including four partners. Waranon Vanichprapa, formerly DLA Piper Thailand’s country managing partner, will lead Stephenson Harwood’s Bangkok office as managing partner.
