Arkade Developers Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding in Woollen and Textile Industries Ltd for a total consideration of ₹146 crore, with the entire consideration having been paid. The transaction marks Arkade Developers’ second acquisition in Bhandup West reinforcing its’ commitment to strategic expansion across MMR’s high-growth residential micro-markets and further consolidating its position in the city's rapidly evolving central corridor.
