A Tata-authorised service centre in Ahmedabad has been found liable for mismanaging a customer’s vehicle. Dr Dinesh Thakur left his car for repairs after an accident and received a toll deduction alert. The vehicle was recorded at a Haryana toll plaza while in the workshop's custody, raising concerns. The state commission ordered the service centre to pay a total of Rs 60,000 in compensation and costs.
