The VB-G RAM G (Grievance Redressal) Rules require state governments to establish grievance redressal mechanisms at the gram panchayat, block and district levels. The Centre has officially introduced grievance redressal protocols as per the VB-G RAM G Act, 2025. Complaints must receive resolution within 15 days, with preliminary inquiries to be conducted.
