Investigators said a private jet that left Austin-Bergstrom International Airport bound for the Bahamas entered a rapid descent after its crew reported icing and turbulence. The families identified the seven passengers as Adam Robinson; his wife, Helen Sharp; their children, Emma, 4, and Charlie, 2; Rachael Reed; Charmi Fehr; and Anita Maria Cetina. Robinson was the founder and CEO of Retention.
