Uttar Pradesh medical colleges to implement a three-tier grievance redressal system with nodal officers, daily complaint box checks, record-keeping and reviews. The National Medical Commission (NMC) has recommended setting up a three-tier grievance-redressal mechanism, at the levels of the medical college, university and the state medical education.
