Market experts have reacted positively after the Union Finance Minister hinted that she was willing to hear arguments around taxes on stock market transactions. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made no commitment on changes to long-term capital gains tax or securities transaction tax ahead of the next Union Budget.
