Travel Weekly Asia. Travellers from Asia will soon have a faster route to Alaska, with Alaska Airlines launching its first nonstop service between Tokyo Narita and Anchorage on 13 May 2027. Alaska Airlines will launch seasonal nonstop flights between Anchorage and Tokyo Narita next spring, with Boeing 737 MAX 8 service and premium onboard amenities.
