1News. A police review found the Disputes Tribunal's release of Joseph Kwok's address was a significant factor in the Ellerslie murders, and police missed a warning. A review has also found officers could have possibly prevented the murders of Fuk-Fu Joseph Kwok and his wife Mei Han Chong if they had acted on information sooner.
