Srinagar, Nov 1: The 20 disgruntled NC MLAs have refused to back down from their charter of demands. Twenty-five NC MLAs have reportedly given the Omar Abdullah government a 14-day ultimatum. Their demands and Ruhullah's resignation threat have intensified pressure on the party leadership. The ruling National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir is facing turmoil over the recent cabinet expansion with a group of at least 20 disgruntled legislators preparing a charter.
