Mahadev betting app promoter Sourabh Chandrakar, accused of running an illegal online betting network from abroad and paying protection money to public servants, has been extradited from Oman, the CBI said on Sunday. A special CBI team escorted him to India, and he is scheduled to be produced before a special court in Raipur on Monday.
