Central Railway (CR) has completed the Kavach 4.0 safety assessment for up to 340km of tracks in Pune, Solapur and Nagpur divisions of the zone. Civic and transport authorities are coordinating field operations to improve commuter safety, reduce transit bottlenecks, and streamline daily travel across key urban corridors. Commuters have been advised to check updated schedules and route advisories.
