BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Police discovered three marijuana plantations in the towns of Kapangan and Kibungan in Benguet, and seized plants and seedlings with an estimated street value of P270,000 during eradication operations on Friday, Oct. 30. In a statement, the Police Regional Office-Cordillera (PRO-CAR) said the plantations were found in Barangay Sagubo in Kapangan.
