Barely days after Cyclone Arnab battered parts of India's eastern coastline, a fresh threat is rapidly building over the Bay of Bengal. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has announced that a deep depression intensified into Cyclonic Storm Murasu on Sunday and is expected to strengthen further into a Severe Cyclonic Storm before making landfall along the Andhra Pradesh coast on November 3.
