LEGAZPI CITY — Fourteen whales and dolphins have found their final resting place at a cemetery in Bula, Camarines Sur, maintained by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in Bicol. Established in 2013, the BFAR-5 Cetacean Cemetery is located within the agency’s regional office compound in Barangay Fabrica. It serves as a burial.
