New Delhi: The Indian Railways has warned passengers against playing music, videos or any audio on mobile phones in speaker mode inside trains and in any Railway premises which causes disturbance to other passengers. To check the growing menace, Southern Railway has warned that such behaviour could attract a penalty of Rs. 1,000 and lead.
