Delhi Police plan a deployment of around 3,500 personnel, CCTV surveillance and 14 security zones for the Opposition rally, with traffic restrictions scheduled from 10 am to 5 pm. Security preparations are under way for the Opposition’s November 1 ‘Chalo Dilli’ event at Ramlila Maidan. Delhi Police will deploy over 3,000 personnel and instal more than 200 CCTV.
