KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 (Bernama) -- Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil has expressed his condolences to the family of Mata Ayer State Assemblyman Wan Badariah Wan Saad, who passed away today. "My deepest condolences to the entire family of the deceased, as well as to her friends and fellow comrades," he said in a Facebook post.
