Production house has issued a public notice demanding that filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma pay outstanding dues of Rs 29.67 crore, and asked no one to work with him till he honours his 2010 agreement. As per the original deal, RGV is legally required to take written No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from Eclatant Films before doing any film production, direction, writing or co-production.
