Three members of a family were killed in Kandhamal and 13 villagers went missing in landslides in Ganjam as widespread flooding triggered by heavy rain in the aftermath of Cyclone Arnab marooned hundreds of villages and paralysed traffic on the busy Kolkata-Chennai NH-16 at the Odisha-Andhra Pradesh border for over 12 hours on Friday.
