The October 14 blaze killed Ashwini Parkar, 65, and Falguni Shah, 50, while nearly six people were injured. According to reports key firefighting systems were allegedly non-functional and emergency escape routes were difficult to access during the incident. A case has been registered following the incident under several BNS sections.
