The Kerala Crime Branch will seek court permission to re-arrest Bharath Lajna founder R Premkumar over an alleged fifteen crore rupee financial fraud, following his technical release due to procedural errors. The Crime Branch took BLM Credit Society chairman R Premkumar into custody in Chennai. The probe centres on allegations that depositors' funds financed private property purchases.
