Bhubaneswar: A thick blanket of fog covered the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack on Saturday morning, disrupting normal life and slowing down. The dense fog was observed from the early hours, with visibility dropping significantly between approximately 5 am and 7 am. The conditions were so severe that objects located just a few metres away were difficult to see clearly, leaving several stretches of the city covered under a white layer.
