JLL has been selected by Orchard Partners to market Quarry Innovation Center, a planned 892,546-square-foot advanced manufacturing and R&D campus in Brisbane, California, that would transform one of Northern California's oldest operating quarries into a large-scale facility for next-generation manufacturing. The project is planned for approximately 61.4 acres at 1 Quarry Road and would add nearly 900,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing capacity to the San Francisco Peninsula.
