A 32-year-old man, Praveen Bhati, died after a car allegedly struck his motorcycle while he chased its driver following an earlier collision on CAT Road in Indore. Police said suspect Vikas Shukla, who recently purchased the vehicle, panicked and hit three vehicles. He was arrested and the car seized.
