Vadilal Industries' Q2 net profit rose 64.1% year-on-year to Rs 54.8 crore, while revenue increased 35.4% to Rs 463 crore and EBITDA margin expanded to 18.2% from 15.5%. Net profit for Q2FY27 rose 14.9% YoY to ₹12.28 crore. Revenue from operations increased 41.9% YoY to ₹375.20 crore. Total assets expanded to ₹400.63 crore from ₹349.14 crore in FY26.
