With Diwali approaching, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has stepped up inspections of units making sweets and farsan. On Friday, its health and food department sealed four farsan and food-product units, after inspections found violations related to used burnt cooking oil, hygiene, flooring and food-packet labelling.
