SRINAGAR: Signs of discontent within the ruling National Conference (NC) have become increasingly visible following the recent expansion of the Omar Abdullah-led Council of Ministers, with a significant group of legislators holding a closed-door meeting in Srinagar to discuss what they described as growing concerns within the party and government.
