A 10-foot-long Indian rock python found in a drain at Pushpak Nagar, a new township made for the project-affected people of the new airport, in Panvel taluka, was safely rescued and released into a forest by two snake rescuers associated with Care of Nature (CoN). The rescuers said timely information communicated by the locals helped save the life of the reptile.
