Train services have been disrupted in Odisha following waterlogging and congestion in the Ichchapuram–Jhadupudi section. Reportedly, the railway authorities have cancelled 16 trains and modified the operations of five other services on October 30, 2026 in view of the situation. Civic and transport authorities are coordinating field operations to improve commuter safety, reduce transit bottlenecks, and streamline daily travel across key urban corridors.
