Four days to go until election day and the president has surprised the nation yet again. The White House has confirmed to Al Jazeera that Donald Trump will campaign in two major battleground states this weekend - after initially cancelling them. Both those rallies were in places the Republicans never thought they'd have to fight this hard to defend - Kansas and Iowa.
