Maharashtra FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe said on Friday that Ajay Devgn had moved the Bombay High Court after receiving a notice over pan masala promotion. Mundhe said proceedings would go ahead regardless. The Assistant Commissioner concluded that the law was violated and referred the cases to the Joint Commissioner. Shah Rukh Khan and Tiger Shroff also received notices.
