The Bombay High Court has sought details of 14 allegedly unauthorised schools in Malwani, Malad West, and is considering allowing students to complete the ongoing academic year without disruption. The BMC must submit an affidavit covering recognition, enrolment, staffing and action taken against the institutions before the next hearing on November 4.
