Time Out Dubai. Singapore Airlines has cancelled all flights between Singapore Changi Airport and Dubai International Airport – two of the world's busiest travel hubs – until Sunday February 28. Cathay Pacific has announced that it has cancelled all flights to Dubai up to and including Sunday January 31. This means that the airline won't return to DXB until 2027 at the earliest.
