The Bench sought answers from the Government on how the supply for 100% ethanol will be made and also stressed on empowering farmers and looking at the issue from an environmental point of view. SC questions if 100% ethanol vehicles are allowed, how supply would be arranged, amid policy changes and farmer empowerment concerns.
