From November 1 to January 31, vehicles not meeting BS-VI emission standards will be barred from entering Delhi. Over 10 lakh vehicles, including personal and commercial ones, are expected to face these restrictions. CNG and electric vehicles, along with emergency services, will be exempt from the ban. The DMRC has increased metro trips to encourage public transportation during this period.
