In nearly seven months between April 2 and October 29, the board has issued multiple circulars, notifications and clarifications, including successive changes to its three-language policy. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday issued revised guidelines to implement its three-language policy, exempting the current batch of Class 10 students from the requirement.
