Armenia’s parliament descended into fisticuffs after a ruling-party MP mocked the opposition leader’s family. One opposition MP reportedly suffered a bloody nose, while another had torn clothes. It was the third brawl inside parliament this month. Ruling and opposition MPs traded punches and kicks during a televised parliamentary debate. The clash prompted security intervention, an ambulance response and accusations from the Speaker.
