MACC issues asset declaration notices to businessman Nazir Hussin and his brother Mubarak Hussain amid an investigation into alleged RM10 million investment deal misappropriation. Nazir Hussin was at the MACC Office in Putrajaya to receive the notice under Section 36(1)(a) of the MACC Act 2009, while Mubarak Hussain received the notice at his residence.
