Deonar police have booked the owner of BPCL distributor Ashish Gas Agency and others after 117 empty HPCL cylinders were found in a tempo linked to the agency. The accused allegedly collected and stored the cylinders for black-market sale. Police seized the tempo and cylinders valued at ₹4.42 lakh. The case is under investigation.
