Trent Ltd plans to expand its fashion and food retail businesses, deepen its presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and strengthen its lifestyle brands. Chairman Noel N Tata also outlined ambitions. Trent reported a 23.1 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to ₹464 crore in the September quarter, driven by strong fashion and lifestyle sales and continued store expansion.
