COTABATO CITY — Presidential Peace Adviser Mel Senen Sarmiento on Thursday met with key security officials to finalize security preparations for the inaugural session of the Bangsamoro Parliament on Friday, Oct. 30, following the successful regional elections. To ensure the orderly transition, Sarmiento met with Brig. Gen. Edgar L. Catu, commander of the Army’s 6th Infantry Division.
