BJP MP from North East Delhi, Manoj Tiwari, took a dip in the Yamuna and urged devotees to celebrate Chhath Puja and perform rituals along the river. Tiwari said the Delhi government, led by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, has taken significant steps to improve the Yamuna’s cleanliness and ensure the safety of devotees during the festival.
