The Kerala High Court has granted anticipatory bail to the Kochi judge booked under the Motor Vehicles Act in connection with a fatal Mercedes-Benz crash allegedly involving his 17-year-old son. The crash killed a 55-year-old street food vendor riding a scooter. While granting bail, the court questioned the need to arrest the judge after four hours of questioning, noting that he had agreed to cooperate with the investigation.
