In one of the biggest deals in Indian airport-hospitality space, Tata Group's Taj Hotels and Adani Airports have entered into an agreement for eight hotels across four cities -- Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Guwahati. Adani operates the airports in these cities and Taj Group will create a combined inventory of 2,000 rooms in the eight hotels that will span Indian Hotels Co Ltd (IHCL, Taj parent) brands across its luxury to mid.
