Flooding from high tides has closed roads, stranded drivers, and submerged backyards across several Bay Area communities this week as a Coastal Flood Advisory has been extended through Saturday. Flooding continued in some communities across the Bay Area as high tides caused road closures and stranded vehicles for the second day Tuesday.
