India supported a UN General Assembly resolution calling for the US embargo on Cuba to end. New Delhi said the restrictions were damaging essential services and Cuba's development prospects. India has voted in favour of a United Nations General Assembly resolution calling for an end to the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States on Cuba, news agency Press Trust of India reported.
